The Probate and Family Court Standing Orders 1-11 and 2-11 with required forms are now available. The effective dates of each Order is June 1, 2011.  The attachments are listed below.

Standing Order 1-11 involves the Probate and Family Court's use of information contained in the Court Activity Record Information (CARI) Report.

Standing Order 2-11 involves the Probate and Family Court's use of information obtained by the Department of Children and Families."
