The "How To" Series educational programs are modules intended to provide basic law and specific case handling information on a particular legal topic. The Practice Development Series discusses "Real Life Lawyering". The series objective is to support lawyers, particularly new practitioners, solo practitioners and members of small firms, to improve professional skills, increase collegiality and decrease the business, liability ethical and health risks of practice.
