Executive Director
Serves as chief staff executive and works with the president in the development of new policies and programs as they are approved by the Board of Directors. She plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates the programs and activities of the Association to ensure that objectives are met and plans fulfilled. As the Association's administrative officer, she oversees staff and the day-to-day operation of the Association's offices.

Oversees existing pro bono programs, developing new pro bono opportunities, increasing volunteer participation, outreaching to local attorneys and organizations to create educational training and mentoring opportunities, engaging in community outreach, and partnering with local businesses, justice system stakeholders, and organizations to identify and address unmet community legal needs.
Carolina Ocampo
Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Responsible for the direct oversight of all of the HCBA Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) programs, including the HCBA Arbitration & Mediation Service. She also manages the Hampden County Bar Legal Clinic Lawyer For the Day Program. Duties also include notarizing, answering, and processing inquiries from our members. Carolina assists with organizing and coordinating all HCBA events and programs.
Yalishka Bernazar
Lawyer Referral & Information Coordinator/ Member Service Coordinator
Responsible for overseeing the Lawyer Referral & Information Service, assisting with membership retention, and maintaining membership records and database. Duties also include answering and processing inquiries from the public to the appropriate resource. Yalishka helps organize and coordinate all HCBA events and programs.
